The MCCW Quality Program Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who provides and manages quality program orientation and the ongoing staff development and training related to quality process management, contract compliance and quality improvement plans.  He/she will provide post training audits for new hires and ongoing performance audits in accordance with the annual quality plan. This audit and training is applicable to the Care Coordinators (CC) and Care Advocates (CA) for the Medically Complex Children’s Waiver (MCCW) staff. He/she supports with QIC, CQMC scheduling meetings, setting up agendas, updating minutes, developing, and updating QWP and annual Strategic Quality plan and Quality Summary.  He/she will develop and manage QIPs, at least two per year, working with the MCCW Leadership team to identify, implement and select data parameters for reasonable quality improvement initiatives.  He/she performs these tasks while providing quality oversight in homes, SCS office or at his/her home office. This position requires licensure as an RN and prior experience in quality management and audit principles.
