    The Human Resources Recruiter sources, screens and interviews candidates for employment and assists the Senior Recruiter and Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Leasing in other areas as needed.



    • Initiates personnel requisition forms for appropriate approvals
    • Initiates position requirement proforma for management completion
    • Collaborates with the Senior Recruiter & Vice President of HR to develop recruitment programs and identifies sources to attract qualified applicants; writes and places job advertisements in various media
    • Initiates contact, reviews resumes and interviews applicants for vacancies within the organization
    • Conducts behavioral analysis testing
    • Assists the Senior Recruiter & Vice President of HR in the preparation of job descriptions and establishes a systematic review process
    • Coordinates follow-up interviews with department managers and others as necessary within the organization
    • Develops and coordinates internal job posting program, writes and maintains postings
    • Coordinates participation in and sits at job fairs and other sources for recruitment purposes
    • Extends job offers and initiates job offer letters
    • Facilitates the generation of weekly Candidate Tracking Report, monthly turnover and other reports as needed
    • Facilitates benefit enrollment as needed
    • Assists the HR Vice President with staffing level analysis and career path development in succession planning

    Supervisory Responsibilities:   None


    • A minimum of two (2) years of previous recruitment experience is required
    • Staffing agency experience is preferred
    • Previous hospitality recruitment experience is preferred

    Education and/or Experience:


    A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management is preferred.


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:




    Computer Skills:


    Proficiency using software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.  Familiarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking software a plus.


    Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:


    Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
